Echode 2015/16

See Echode come to life in downtown Laurinburg in June 2016.

Join the City of Laurinburg and the Arts Council of Scotland County as we dedicate and welcome public art to downtown on June 16, 2016 at 3:30 pm at the new Laurinburg Art Garden.

This project was supported by the N.C. Arts Council, a division of the Department of Natural & Cultural Resources, with funding from the National Endowment for the Arts, with local support from Service Thread Manufacturing and Laurinburg Downtown Revitalization Corporation.
